ASK Mayor Bain why he thinks this rezoning by Axiom is good for our city and why it seems like he's pushing for this rezoning when many people are wary of this project and Axiom. saynotorezone.com pepper pike ohio

ASK Mayor Bain WHY the rezoning issue was not on City Council's meeting agendas for Nov., Dec., 2019 and Jan., Feb., 2020.
ASK Mayor Bain if Axiom has been vetted thoroughly by city officials and if he is comfortable entering into a public/private partnership with them.
ASK Mayor Bain how this will impact the traffic problems on the streets leading into Lander Circle. This development will add significantly more traffic to an already congested area near our schools, and the two additional traffic circles Axiom is proposing
are unlikely to help.
TELL CITY COUNCIL and MAYOR BAIN they need to FIX THE FLOODING ISSUES in our City BEFORE WE CAN THINK ABOUT DEVELOPING MORE, which can cause more flooding issues.
